Should you need to cancel your booked session, we can accommodate this with the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation 11 days or more before the shoot: 0%
- Cancellation 3-10 days prior to the shoot: 30%
- Cancellation 1-2 days prior to the shoot: 50%
- Cancellation on the shoot day: 100%
However, we will waive the fee to cancel if the reason is due to rain, as determined by our photographers. Refunds will be issued to the credit card that was used for payment. The processing time will depend on your credit card company. The cancellation fee is calculated based on the total amount you have paid.

Our service includes the following in addition to the LOVEGRAPH services:

- English language support
- Handling shooting location applications

In Japan, the application process can be complex. Sometimes, you may need to apply via fax, or there might be instances where the staff at the shooting location doesn't speak English. However, with our help, we ensure a stress-free experience when using our photography services!

Rescheduling is ONLY possible IF you notify us at least 5 days prior to your photoshoot, and if your selected photographer is available on the new date. If the photographer is unavailable, we'll do our best to find a suitable replacement, but if we can't, you'll have to cancel.

Provide your contact information and our photographers will contact you through one of these methods.

In light rain, you can either use umbrellas or move to a sheltered area. If the photographer deems the weather unsuitable, you can cancel the session at no charge.

The photographer will only be available during the time slot you have specified. For example, if you book from 4 pm to 6 pm, any travel time within this 2-hour window is included in the booking.

If you're late, your shooting time will be reduced. Notify the photographer of any delays to forestall cancellation. The session will be canceled without refund if you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice.

The basic cost includes groups with 6 people or less. If the number of participants exceeds 6, an additional fee of ¥27,500 is charged for every 6 people.
