Lovegraph Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” “our” or “us”) has established the following privacy policy and will pursue the protection of personal information by building a mechanism for the protection of personal information and ensuring that all of its employees are aware of the significance of, and make efforts for, the protection of personal information. Personal information is defined as information which can identify a certain user (or which can be easily checked against other information and thereby can identify a certain user), information which is used in connection with a certain user including, without limitation, the user’s e-mail address, customer ID, password and credit card, and attribute information on an individual which is integrated with personal information such as the individual’s hobbies, family structure and age.
In handling personal information, we will specify the purpose of use thereof as much as possible.
We will use the personal information collected from our users (“you” or “your”) for the following purposes.
Personal information on you as a user of the services of the Company:
・to provide, and give information on, the services of the Company;
・to make contact with, give information on products and services or send gifts to you, or take any other similar action;
・to customize the information on the pages of the services of the Company, and services and advertising delivery according to your age, occupation, sex, hobbies, diversions, etc.;
・to make good use of the information for the improvement of the services of the Company and for the development of its new services, etc.;
・to answer inquiries;
・to prevent any use that constitutes a breach of the terms of use of the Company;
・to create statistical data in regard to the services of the Company by processing the information into a personally unidentifiable form; and
・to use the information for the detection and prevention of fraudulent use of credit cards.
Personal information on you as an applicant for the Company’s employment screening:
・to provide information to, make contact with, and give notice to you; and
・to determine whether or not you pass the employment screening.
We will handle the collected personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the relevant purpose of use. If intending to handle personal information outside the scope of the purpose of use, we will, in advance, obtain consent from you as the data subject of the personal information; provided, however, that this does not apply to the case where:
・it is in accordance with law;
・it is necessary to protect the life, body or property of a person, and it is difficult to obtain your consent;
・it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the healthy development of children, and it is difficult to obtain your consent;
・it is necessary to cooperate with an agency of the national government or a local government, or a person commissioned thereby in performing affairs as required by law, and obtaining your consent may interfere with the performance of the affairs.
We will acquire personal information in a lawful and fair manner and will not use any unrightful means, which is against your will, for that acquisition. When indirectly acquiring personal information, we will check that the personal information to be acquired was appropriately acquired by the provider from the data subject.
We may contract out the handling of our acquired personal information. In that case, we will enter into a master agreement for the entrustment of personal information or any other necessary contract, and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision of the contractor.
As a rule, we will not provide your personal information to a third party without your consent. Personal information will be provided to a certain third party only if you agree to provide your personal information to the third party; provided, however, that this does not apply to the case where:
・it is in accordance with law;
・it is necessary to protect the life, body or property of a person, and it is difficult to obtain your consent;
・it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the healthy development of children, and it is difficult to obtain your consent; ・it is necessary to cooperate with an agency of the national government or a local government, or a person commissioned thereby in performing affairs as required by law, and obtaining your consent may interfere with the performance of the affairs; or
・the third party is an academic institution or the like and needs to handle the personal data for academic research purposes (including the case where one or some of the purposes for which the personal data is handled are for academic research, but excluding the case where that handling may unjustifiably infringe the rights, or harm the interests, of individuals).
Moreover, we have adopted 3D Secure 2.0 for credit card transactions as a measure against fraudulent use of credit cards. We therefore provide the personal information that we have collected from you to your credit card issuer and payment service provider so that the card issuer can detect and prevent fraudulent use of credit cards.
If your card issuer is located abroad, that information may be transferred to the country to which the issuer belongs.
Since we are unable to identify your card issuer or the country or region where the issuer is located from the information that we have collected from you, any information on the issuer located abroad will not be available from us.

If requested by you to disclose your personal information or the record of provision to third parties, we will meet the request without delay; provided, however, that we may not disclose all or part of the information or the record if it may:
・damage the life, body or property, infringe the rights, or harm the interests, of you or a third party;
・significantly interfere with our appropriate implementation of operations; or
・violate other laws.
We will:
・take necessary and appropriate measures for the prevention of divulgation, loss or damage or for any other security management of personal data;
・improve the organizational structure, put in place handling rules and guidelines, and inform, educate and train employees;
・take sufficient security management measures in physical and technical aspects;
・evaluate, review and improve security management measures on a regular basis; and
・if any problem occurs, promptly take appropriate corrective action.
If requested by you as the data subject to give you notice of the purpose of use, make a correction, addition or deletion of content, suspend the use, carry out elimination or suspend the provision to third parties regarding your personal information, we will meet the request within a reasonable period after verifying that you are the data subject, unless we are not legally obliged to do so.
In no event will we be liable for a third party’s acquisition of personal information if:
・you reveal your personal information to the third party by using a feature of our service or any other means; or
・the information or the like that you entered on our service was personally identifiable.
Cookie and IP address information is not considered to be personal information as it is not personally identifiable on its own; provided, however, that if it is used together with personal information, it will be deemed as personal information as well.
When you use or view our or our partners’ services or pages, we automatically receive your IP address, cookie information, the advertisements and pages that you viewed, usage environment, etc. from your browser and record the information in our server.
We may use your sex, occupation, age and the pages and advertisements that you viewed, time of day of your usage, method for using, usage environment, etc. in order to consider new services and to make our services and advertising content more suitable to you.
We may analyze information on you and select questionnaire targets for analysis to provide our advertisers, information providers, service providers, etc. with the result of the analysis to determine what type of advertising, information, services, etc. should be placed or provided to achieve effective outcomes. However, no personally identifiable information will be included in the result of the analysis.
All or part of the privacy policy may be revised. If there is any significant change, notice will be given on the site.

Taiwan-specific provisions
What personal information we collect We may collect
your personal information that you directly or indirectly share with us, including:
・user's name and nationality, contact person's name, e-mail address, mobile telephone number and social media ID (such as ID on WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE, Instagram) for contact purposes that you provide when you register with one of our online travel agencies to use our services
・email address that you provide when you request download of photos from our service.
Time period, territory and methods of use of personal information
We will retain your personal information for as long as required to fulfill the purposes for which the personal information is processed, as described above, in accordance with applicable laws.
After the purposes for which the personal information was collected are fulfilled the personal information will be deleted and/or steps will be taken to properly anonymize the personal information so that you can no longer be identified from it, unless we are required or permitted by law to retain the personal information for a longer period of Deleted: SNS (Social Networking Site)time. For example, in case of a legal dispute or claim we may retain relevant personal information until the dispute or claim is resolved.
Some of the recipients of your personal information are located or have relevant operations outside of Taiwan, including in Japan and Hong Kong, where the data protection laws may provide a different level of protection compared to the laws in your jurisdiction.
We will take all necessary measures to ensure that transfers of personal data to recipients outside Taiwan are adequately protected as required by applicable data protection law We may collect, process and use your personal information by automated machines or other non-automated means, including, but not limited to, written, telephone, SMS, fax, email, internet, paper or other means appropriate for the purpose of collection and in accordance with current scientific technology.
Your rights
You have the following rights pertaining to your personal information, which you may exercise by contacting us using the contact information above:
right to make an inquiry or review personal information;
right to request a copy of personal information;
right to supplement or correct personal information;
right to request the cessation of collection, processing or use of personal information; and
right to delete personal information.
If you elect not to allow us to collect your personal information or the exercise of the rights described above limits our ability to process your personal information (such as in the case of a deletion request), we may be unable, or no longer be able, to provide you our products or services or engage with you in the same manner.
株式会社ラブグラフ（以下「当社」）は、以下のとおり個人情報保護方針を定め、個人情報保護の仕組みを構築し、全従業員に個人情報保護の重要性の認識と取組みを徹底させることにより、個人情報の保護を推進いたします。
1. 「本規約」とは、本利用規約、プライバシーポリシーをいい、これらは全て本規約を構成するものとします。
2. 「プライバシーポリシー」とは、当社が定めるプライバシーポリシーをいいます。
3. 「お客様」とは、本規約の内容に同意して、本サービスを利用される個人、法人、その他団体を指します。

当社は、個人情報を取り扱うにあたって、その利用の目的を出来る限り特定します。
利用者の皆様から取得した個人情報は以下の目的のために利用させていただきます。

・当社及び提携先企業サービスの提供と当社及び提携先企業サービスのご案内を差し上げるため
・お客様への連絡、商品・サービスの案内、プレゼントの発送等のため
・お客様の年齢、職業、性別、趣味・嗜好等に合わせて当社及び提携先企業サービスのページ上の情報、サービスおよび広告配信をカスタマイズするため
・当社及び提携先企業サービスの改善や新サービスの開発等に役立てるため
・お問い合わせ内容に回答するため
・当社及び提携先企業サービスの利用規約に違反する状態でのご利用を防止するため

当社は、取得した個人情報について、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で取り扱います。個人情報を利用目的の範囲外で取り扱う場合は、あらかじめお客様ご本人の同意を得て行います。ただし、以下の場合はこの限りではありません。
・法令に基づく場合
・人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
・公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
・国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
当社は、個人情報の入手を適法かつ公正な手段によって行い、お客様の意思に反する不正な方法により入手いたしません。当社は、個人情報を間接的に入手する場合は、入手する個人情報について、提供者が本人から適正に入手したものであるかどうかを確認いたします。
当社は、取得した個人情報の取扱いを委託する場合があります。その場合には、個人情報の預託に係わる基本契約等の必要な契約を締結し、委託を受けた者に対する必要かつ適切な監督をおこないます。
当社は、お客様の個人情報について、お客様ご本人の同意を得ずに第三者に提供することは原則としておこないません。提供先を特定したうえで、お客様の同意を得た場合に限り、提供します。ただし、以下の場合はこの限りではありません。
・法令に基づく場合
・人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
・公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
・国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
・当該第三者が学術研究機関等である場合であって、当該第三者が当該個人データを学術研究目的で取り扱う必要があるとき（当該個人データを取り扱う目的の一部が学術研究目的である場合を含み、個人の権利利益を不当に侵害するおそれがある場合を除きます。）
また、当社は、クレジットカード決済において、3Dセキュア2.0に対応し、クレジットカードの不正利用対策を行っております。そのため、当社がお客さま等から収集した個人情報を、カード発行会社が行う不正利用検知・防止のために、お客さま等が利用されているカード発行会社及び決裁代行会社へ提供致します。
お客さま等が利用されているカード発行会社が外国にある場合、これらの情報は当該発行会社が所属する国に移転される場合があります。
当社がお客さま等から収集した情報からは、お客さま等が利用されているカード発行会社及び当該会社が所在する国又は地域を特定することができないため、外国にあるカード発行会社に関する情報を把握して、ご提供することはできません。
なお、個人情報保護委員会のホームページ ( https://www.ppc.go.jp ) では、各国における個人情報保護制度に関する情報について掲載されています。
当社は、お客様ご本人より当該本人の個人情報又は第三者提供記録の開示を求められた場合には、遅滞なく応じます。ただし、以下の場合は、その全部または一部を開示しない場合があります。
・お客様ご本人または第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合
・当社の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
・他の法令に違反するおそれがある場合
・漏洩、減失または毀損の防止その他の個人データの安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。
・組織体制の整備及び取扱規程・ガイドラインの整備を行い、従業員への周知・教育・訓練を実施します。
・物理的、技術面において十分な安全管理策を講じます。
・定期的な安全管理策の評価、見直し及び改善を行います。
・万が一問題が生じた場合には、速やかに適切な是正処置を講じます。
当社は、お客様ご本人より当該本人の個人情報の利用目的の通知、内容の訂正、追加、削除、利用の停止または消去、第三者への提供停止を求められた場合には、当社が法令上義務を負わない場合を除き、お客様ご本人であることを確認させていただいた上で合理的な期間内に対応いたします。
以下の場合は、第三者による個人情報の取得に関し、当社は何らの責任を負いません。
・お客様ご本人が当社サービスの機能または別の手段を用いて第三者に個人情報を明らかにした場合
・お客様が当社サービス上に入力した情報等により、個人が識別できてしまった場合
クッキー及びＩＰアドレス情報については、それら単独では特定の個人を識別することができないため、個人情報とは考えません。ただし、これら情報と個人情報が共に使用される場合には、これら情報も個人情報とみなします。
当社は、お客様が当社や当社の提携先等のサービスをご利用になったり、ページをご覧になったりする際に、お客様のIPアドレス、クッキー情報やお客様がご覧になった広告・ページ、お客様のご利用環境などの情報をお客様のブラウザから自動的に受け取り、サーバーに記録します。
当社は、新しいサービスの検討や、提供するサービス、広告の内容をよりお客様の皆様に適したものとするために、性別、職業、年齢、ご覧になったページ・広告、ご利用時間帯、ご利用の方法、ご利用環境等の情報を利用する場合があります。
当社は、広告主や情報提供元、サービス提供元などに、どのような広告や情報、サービスなどを掲載または提供していただくことが効果的であるかを分析して提供するために、お客様に関する情報を分析し、また分析のためのアンケートの対象の抽出を行う場合があります。なお、個人が識別できるような情報が分析結果に含まれることはありません。
当社は、個人情報を適切に利用し、その保護を徹底するために個人情報保護マネジメントシステムの継続的な見直し及び改善を行います。また、プライバシーポリシーの全部または一部を改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合には、サイト上でお知らせいたします。
